in the Blackwell Auditorium, R-MC Center for the Performing Arts.

Locally famous from their participation in the Ashland Variety Show, internationally recognized opera singers William and Deidra Gorton presented famous duets from opera, including “Parigi, O Cara” from La Traviata, “Seguidilla” from Carmen, and many others. They were accompanied by long-time colleague Noel Lester, who delighted the audience with a pastiche of piano solo works.
