Announcing our Spring 2015 Concert
I am excited to be leading the chorale in the Requiem by Maurice Duruflé over the next few months. This is one of the truly great choral masterworks of the twentieth century, and this is the first time it has been sung by the chorale. Our program also includes the Four Motets by Duruflé, the Cantique de Jean Racine by Gabriel Fauré, and Shenandoah arranged by James Erb. David Sinden

Is to create outstanding performances of choral music through community participation, education and inspiration. We seek to foster greater appreciation of the choral art and to enrich the communities of Central Virginia. Our repertoire is comprised of larger choral works with orchestra, such as Vivaldi's Gloria, Masses of Mozart and Haydn, and other works of merit, including new works and anthems from choral traditions old and new. The Chorale is excited to bring great music to the Central Virginia region.
Please consider how you might support this effort with your participation as a singer or benefactor.
